RETURN CLAIM POLICY
Exchange Policy:
1. All products purchased from BIGSAREES can be exchanged subject to following conditions.
a. In the event of a Sale/Special Offer; items purchased will not be eligible for exchange.
b. Customers can place an exchange request within 48 hours of the order delivery.
c. All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
d. To schedule an exchange: you can email us at info@bigsarees.com or Whatspp us at 9451535320 along with your order and exchange details.
e. Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes. In case reverse pick-up facility is not available at your pin code, buyer has to return the product themselves and please share the receipt of the courier and we will reimburse the courier charges upto a maximum of INR 200.
f. Exchange fee of INR 250 will be deducted for exchange, shipping & handling. The balance amount will be available for your next purchase. (Eg. If the product was purchased for INR 5250 and you wish to exchange it with another product; an exchange fee of INR 250 will be deducted and the balance amount of INR 5,000 will be available for your purchase with us.
g. Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range. In case you select an item for lesser value than your exchange balance; we will keep the remaining balance as credit with us for your next purchase.
h. For an order; only one exchange is allowed. Items once already exchanged are not eligible for exchange.
i. Customers returning products, not in the original condition may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. It sounds a bit harsh but it’s just to deter the people from keeping wrong intentions while handling products. The majority will never get impacted by this*.
Return & Refund Policy:
a. We only offer returns for products delivered to you with manufacturing defects.
b. Since most of our products are handmade; human imperfections while making the handcrafted products do not fall under manufacturing defects.
c. Full refund will be provided for all products with damage/defects. You need to share pictures/videos highlighting the damage and ask for a refund within 2 days from the date of delivery.
d. To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at info@bigsarees.com along with your order and return details and supportings.
